No Need to Knead
So there's this "No Knead Bread" recipe that's, like, all over the blogs. Last weekend, I thought I'd give it a go. Surprise: it really is stupendously simple to make moist fluffy crusty bread.

Wow, I just watched that video and I didn't realise it was *that* easy to do. That looks even easier than using a bread machine, so I'm going to try that as soon as I get one of those iron pots.

I'll have to try this. But I must admit, I never thought I'd see the day that I turned to The New York Times for cooking pointers or recipe recommendations! Hah... live and learn!

Let me know how it goes. The only thing that makes it less easy than the bread machine is the clean up, but what's a little flour among friends?
The NY Times actually has loads of great food articles but most of them are too gourmet, too sugary, or too meaty for my tastes. Someday I may have to try the Red Velvet Cake...
