what kind of camera do you and/or tim use?

i have been getting more into photos lately and i am about to embark upon a journey around the world (and want to start a food diary) and want a good camera for the process.

i do realize that only a small percentage of a good picture is the camera and a large percentage is the user.  i imagine i will work on my part once i get the gear...</description>
