		<description>Gerry - thanks for the compliments!  The cassoulet was had at "La Potager Du Marais" (22, Rue Rambuteau).  Well worth a visit next time you're in Paris.  I heard about it on the forums at chocolateandzucchini.com... a few other places were mentioned as well, but La Potager received the ravest reviews!</description>

		<description>The vegan cassoulet looks delicious. Where in Paris did you find that? I remember walking around for ages in Paris looking for vegan food, and ending up with something more akin to the photo at the top, which illustrates beautifully the "just take away the protein" approach to accommodating vegetarians.
