I mean, you don’t see “vegan falafel” at your local kebab shop. Of course it’s vegan - it’s falafel!
So today I made some Chocolate Sorbet, courtesy of this recipe at Chocolate & Zucchini (of course it’s vegan - it’s sorbet!). This is the stuff that dark chocolate wet dreams are made of.
In case you’re wondering, you don’t need an ice cream maker to make ice cream (or sorbet/gelato) at home. The Telegraph explains what to do:
Pour [the ice cream mixture] into a shallow plastic box, cover and freeze for three hours or so. Turn the frozen mixture out on to a board and cut into chunks with a large knife. Whizz the chunks in a food processor to a smooth, thick cream, and freeze again. Repeat if necessary.
