		<description>Let me know how it goes. The only thing that makes it less easy than the bread machine is the clean up, but what's a little flour among friends?

The NY Times actually has loads of great food articles but most of them are too gourmet, too sugary, or too meaty for my tastes.  Someday I may have to try the Red Velvet Cake...

		<description>Wow, I just watched that video and I didn't realise it was *that* easy to do. That looks even easier than using a bread machine, so I'm going to try that as soon as I get one of those iron pots.
