1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon wasabi paste (Japanese horseradish)
3 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
1 tablespoon honey
1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
Mix the dressing and toss with:
1 large cucumber, diced
1 tomato, sliced
seaweed (i used 2 torn up sheets of nori)
toasted sesame seeds
