How exciting. About a month and a half ago, I tried the whole running 5 days a week thing. It REALLY hurt, in a bad overtraining kind of way. I had to cut back.
This was the first week that I was able to do the 5 days of running without feeling like I was killing my body. My legs are sore, but sassy. And no ankle pain!
