<description>those are quick oats! which don't have the same creamy goodness that the 'old skool' oats have. AND quick oats have higher GI than regular rolled oats. AND that flavor that Quaker uses is all sugar, some of it artificial, and has no nutritional value whatsoever!

Look at some of the garbage that's in Quaker's Instant Blueberries and Cream Oatmeal: sugar, creaming agent (maltodextrin, partially hydrogenated soybean oil, whey, sodium caseinate), blueberry FLAVORED fruit piece (dried figs, dried CORN SYRUP SOLIDS, modified food starch, sugar, dextrose, glycerine, blueberry co ncentrate, partially hydrogenated vegetable oil, artificial flavor, citric acid, blue 2 lake, red 40 lake).

They are not even real blueberries!! They created a blueberry-esque concretion out of sugar and fat! Oh my god!!!

Call me finicky, but I like every aspect of my meal to count: you might say I'm in search of the "whole package"!

:o)

<description>There's this man, we'll call him Quaker, he makes excellent variations of this that come already flava filled and ready to eat! Even better, you can use hot spout on the Ozarka "Spring" Water from the the kitchenette at work to brew it up super quick when you're busy scheduling surgeries or posting to your blog! It's what's the astronauts eat, so I hear.
