Yet another era: COMPLETED.

Last week was my last week on the job, my great big London job, my job in a cozy corner of the great City. It was grand week, with the staff social (a precious opportunity for free drinks) on Thursday night, and a wonderfully merry Friday. My colleagues treated me to a farewell that was bittersweet and extremely touching. They joined me for drinks at lunch, and then more drinks after work, and then a drunken curry on Brick Lane. It was “mad fun”. I feel so lucky to have worked with such fantastic people. They really made the job.

It’s a great feeling to have come out of my London work experience with a few new friends (and a bag full of prezzies!).

In a sad photo photographic effort, the only image captured that night was right after work at the sad but local pub, The Podium, still drunk from lunch …
